Assisted Reproductive Technology (Regulation) Act, 2021 and Surrogacy (Regulation) Act, 2021 have been enacted in December 2021.The Commencement date for both the Acts is the 25th of January 2022. The rules and regulations have been framed under section 42/43 of the “Assisted Reproductive Technology (Regulation) Act, 2021 and 50/51 of the Surrogacy (Regulation) Act 2021 and are hereby placed in this website to seek public comments/suggestions of stakeholders /any concerned by 5.00pm on the 2nd of April 2022.
